WHAT THREAT TO CBNSAT,NOT WITH THE PRESENT SET UP.NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO SET THEIR HANDS ON CBNSAT
Now the quality of 3 local channels are much better. Specially TNL.
Zoom is scrambled with Raj TV and the Reserved channel.
The date of the decoder is not the Srilankan time. CBN should fix that soon.
When are they going to add more channels (more transponders)?

Decoder time you have to change from the decoder settings
put +5.30 as the time zone as we have change out time for 30mins

Jesika - Its the Asian feed and differant from what you get in Dish TV and said to be far better.

I think CBN and Dish TV giving the same Zee Package. Only thing is CBN's Picture quality is superb. Anyway Zee is useless.
If CBN goes for Star Package they should get the asian content.
No the ZEE packages on Dish and CBN are totaly differant and the CBN package is better.
There is a huge demand for Rupavahini,ITN & Eye from where they cannot be viwed with a normel antenna and i think they should be their.
Zee Cafe & Zee Studio have some quality programmes. Zee Trendz is not bad either.
I agree with Manil. Those three local channels should be on CBN because it's a strength for them to market the product out of Colombo.
Kalu machan dropping useless stuff is ok. But do they have a plan to add another transponder in order to accommodate Disney, Disney Toons and SET Max. My opinion is SET Max is priority no. 1.
Dude - SETMAX will defeneitly be there on a priority basis and very soon,As for Disney youll have to wait till CBN secures another transponder (Disney was originally signed prior to the closure in Jne and never had the chance to be on Air,)So Disney will be a formality with transponder number 3 and you can expect a host of other channels together with it.
kaluperuma, Is there any idea to give TEN SPORTS near future?
Yes,There is and they are already in contact with Taj TV (Owners of Ten Sports) and it will be there after the activation of the third transponder,But not immedietly.
Since Zee television has bought a 50% stake in Ten Sports,and with CBN already singned up with ZEE it will defeneitly work out in the near future.
I think they have catergorized new packages for new customers,but unable divulge any details.
Right now in Srilanka no one have the exclusive rights with Taj (Ten Sports) so it’s a matter of negotiation. If I am not mistaken LBN had Disney & Toon Disney.
