We would like you to make contact with the above email address as soon as possible.

In addition we are getting information that CBNSat has filed a case in Appeals Court. Could others please confirm this? The news was supposedly broadcast over Rupavahini and anyone who heard the update is welcome to post the confirmation.

ITN news (3PM) today mentioned the appeal court case, it was filed by SonicNet againt the Media minister TRC and some other blah blah (I didn't get the names).

Personally, I don't think we'll see a change (for good or worse) till 8/15.

BTW, I got nicely printed newspaper like thingy from CBN today (All of the customers should have received it).

They should focus on getting back online, not about loosing customers.
It's not like we are going anywhere, we have no choice except for CBN.

well i read the news letter. and i think, if CBNSat presents all these information at the supreme/appeal court and provided that lawyers make a good show out of it, it should be a walk in the park. if things are getting dragged even after that, then the state is intent on only one thing which is to shutdown CBNSat permanantly.
