since SLRC have cleared CBNsat the chances of getting online is high cos the Court can order TRC to issue the License and till then allow CBNSat to operate on a tempororay license, that is if it is really necessary. So lets keep our fingers crossed.
Don't know whether the Media Minister will come and say that they do not have time to look into this with the security developments in the Country.
Dont worry gus. MC heard the case for two months and nothing happened. Only 2 SC hearing and the seals were removed. This is why i didnt hav any hope in the hearing today. SC will put it correctly on the 23rd.
why could'nt CBNSat lawyers argue that other operators are working without this license..and since this is a new one they could adhere to it once it is passed...not by shutting down till the legislation is drafted.
If CBNSat is playing safe till the SC case on the 23rd let's wait till then and see.

Well again a postponement. Can we hope for something on the 23rd?? What a shit case is this???
